在台灣想要深度體驗開放式農場的生活體驗，

位於苗栗通霄的飛牛牧場是一個不可錯過的好去處，

飛牛從1995年開始對外營業，引進國外觀光農場的經驗，

並於2011年取得休閒農場「體驗、餐飲、住宿」服務品質認證，

成為台灣最西邊的休閒觀光農場，許多國際旅客都指名要來參觀。

飛牛的由來：飛代表蝴蝶 (園區內多樣化的生態)，

牛代表乳牛 (來飛牛牧場當然要看牛、餵牛+喝牛奶)

飛牛牧場園區內的可愛動物園區，可以親自餵食兔寶寶們。

兩個小寶貝餵食兔子的初體驗，體驗期間透過人員導覽，

獲得了許多過去只有在書本上看過的小動物的核心知識，

讓知識不在死版版的躺在書中，頓時變的立體深刻了起來。

小朋友也在飛牛享受了騎迷你馬的初體驗。

過去都是被大人餵奶奶的小朋友們，第一次親近羊群，

原本怕得要死，漸漸的也開始愛上跟動物親近互動的感覺。

餵食比他們體型小很多的小鴨鴨，頓時膽子就大了起來，

搶著自己動手餵食完全不需要大人陪了，難道這就是所謂的大欺小嗎？(誤)

飛牛訂時都會安排一些活動給遊客參加，我們剛好參與到鴨BB大遊行，

鴨子們好像聽得懂人話一樣，上上下下的衝場，可愛的走路模樣讓人印象深刻。

小人們不敢自己餵食大羊，只敢拿草去餵假牛，看了是又好氣又好笑。

為了親眼目睹牛媽媽的家，我們還特地爬到小山丘上看牛舍，

果然是吃得好住得好還有電風扇可以吹的牛界Villa。

想體驗高質美感的農場生活其實不必遠求，其實在飛牛牧場就找的到，

也難怪那麼多偶像劇特意跑來這裡取景。

來飛牛牧場必搭的鐵牛一號，這可是飛牛牧場獨有的特色體驗項目，

搭乘拖拉機繞行整個牧場，期間通過導覽員的解說，瞭解飛牛牧場的起源與生態環境，

中途停留兩站，可以自行上下車參觀，非常的方便又超值喔！

這個體驗項目可是牧場的主人特別從國外引進，在台灣打造出獨一無二的經驗喔！

台灣雖然號稱蝴蝶王國，但是生活在都會區的我們看到蝴蝶的機會實在不多，

但在飛牛牧場設有專區讓你體驗蝴蝶在四周飛舞，

還可以獲得蝴蝶從出生到變成蛹的核心知識。

吃起來口感綿密軟Q，奶味又香又濃。

夏天來還可以嚐嚐飛牛牧場的鮮乳/巧克力冰淇淋，

不僅包裝精美，口味也很不賴喔！

當然最最重要的還是要在產地來一罐超級新鮮又低碳的鮮乳囉～

小孩們爆走一早上喝，狂喝鮮乳補充體力中，真的是太驚人了。

To fully experience the pleasure of farm life in Taiwan, Flying Cow Ranch, located in Miao Li is the place not to be missed. Since 1995, under the philosophy of “nature, health, and fun” Flying Cow Ranch became a sightseeing spot for tourist.
In the year 2011, Flying Cow Ranch acquired service quality certification in ‘experience, catering and accommodation’ under leisure farm and became a well-known tourist location in the western part of Taiwan.

The origin of Flying Cow Ranch:
You may wonder if one can really find a flying cow in the ranch but actually flying represent butterfly, as there is a butterfly garden in the farm.
Cow represent dairy cow. Of course! In the farm, you not only can see the cow at close range but get to experience milking the cow, feeding the cow and tasting variety of rich natural dairy products.

In Flying Cow Ranch one can experience natural and ecological discoveries. There are various activities such as feeding the animals–bunny, lamb, and duckling–and even horse riding for children. There is BB duck parade activity which presents wonderful opportunity for tourists to take close-ranged pictures with the adorable ducks. You can ride the tractor or horse carriage to take a tour around the farm too.

The farm also provides wonderful family bonding time over various DIY activities, for instance through baking milk biscuit and ice-cream. It is natural, healthy, and a treat for the sweet-tooth.

If you love natural dairy product, you will enjoy the rich natural milk, ice-cream and pudding. You can also purchase cow related merchandise as a souvenir to remember your stay at Flying Cow Ranch.

Overall the Flying Cow Ranch is a great place for family to have a vacation or recreation in a fresh country side enviornment, and to experience a fascinating time in a farm.

從山板樵臉譜文化生活館的大門口往內望，可以看到一排超大的臉譜沿著牆面往內蜿蜒，

雖說我對於傳統國劇臉譜可以說是一無所知，經由彭老師的細心解說才知道，

原來靠近門口的這幾張臉譜代表的是財神，在他們臉上都有隱藏金錢的符號，

就看遊客們有沒有慧根把一一找出來。

這些大臉譜相信對於喜愛中華文化的外國旅客來說，光用看的就覺得相當吸睛了。

隨著山路蜿蜒向下，山板樵臉譜文化生活館內還有提供露營跟住宿等需求。

由於山板樵臉譜文化生活館由於剛好位於關刀山下附近，

被西湖溪環繞所以有很多珍貴的自然資源，

常常可以看到各種鳥類、哺乳動物、爬行動物、蝴蝶、魚類跟蝦蟹等…

山板樵前身是一木雕工作室，館主夫婦從是木雕工作20餘年，

88年轉型木雕教學，其中臉譜課程大受歡迎，

進行引發成立臉譜館的動機，所以來到山板樵臉譜文化生活館，

DIY體驗畫臉譜享受創意生活，可以說是山板樵的特色亮點之一。

山板樵臉譜文化生活館內超過千件的傳統國劇臉譜，是老師一家四口的精心傑作，

白天看真的很壯觀，但是不知道晚上看起來會不會很驚人哈哈！

山板樵臉譜文化生活館也有提供很多現成的面具，讓遊客可以戴著拍照留念。

山板樵臉譜文化生活館適合親子來此一同創造屬於自己獨一無二的臉譜圖案，

有很多跟臉譜相關的小飾品跟掛飾，都可以當成紀念品DIY買回去，

如果沒有想法也沒關係，老師有提供各式圖案供參考，

加上她的指導，相信大家都可以變成臉譜大師哈哈！

父子倆認真開始描繪臉譜準備開工自己的臉譜自己畫，一整個比上課還認真啊！

爸爸選了畫鍾馗，樂樂上學後，被巧虎迷住後，一直吵著要選擇畫巧虎，

不過說真的畫什麼已不是重點，因為會像才有鬼，哈哈～

樂樂專注的畫著他最愛的虎神。

天才奶爸的藝術細胞大爆發，自由發揮單手就畫出的鍾馗臉譜，

已經比想像中好太多了，給你一個讚！

If you take a stroll along the winding lane of Shan Ban Jiao Lian Bu cultural center, one can find lots of colorful painted mask hung alongside the rail.

Under the explanation of Prof. Peng, we only understand the culture behind the face mask. Some of the masks have fortune symbol painted on them.

Shan Ban Jiao Lian Bu cultural center offers camping and hotel accommodation for tourist who loves outdoor, the site is surrounded with nature and there is a lake around the area, during the night it is very peaceful.

Shan Ban Jiao Lian Bu cultural center was once a wood carving studio, Prof. Peng and her husband have been carving for 20 years. They offer carving lesson and mask painting became a popular lesson that they decide to open the mask museum. There is more than thousands of mask in the center; each and every mask was painted by prof. Peng with her family members.

Shan Ban Jiao Lian Bu cultural center offers DIY mask painting, which is a good activity for family, it can be put in frame or make key chain box. The mask are painted in bright colors and lines, one can not only understand the tradition story behind the mask but train patience through mask painting too. If you do not have any idea what you want to paint, the center offers design and with the help of Prof. Peng, everyone can be a professional.

從2003年正式開始營業的巧克力雲莊，位於以溫泉、草莓聞名的大湖泰安香入口，

開幕時因莊主期許推動台灣的巧克力文化，所以第一個營業的單位就叫巧克力屋。

園區入口處可以餵魚養鵝，享受鄉村田園的風光，還可以遠眺雪霸山群。

園區內有恐龍的骨架，與圈養的鳥類，是小朋友最有興趣的景點。

巧克力雲莊園區內佔地廣闊風景優美，前面的大樹很特別，像大象的腳，

很適合小孩騎滑板車或腳踏車，在園區內晃晃相當安全。

巧克力夢想館外牆上透過地圖，讓我們瞭解可可生產國的分佈情況，

果然只有熱帶地區的國家，適合種植可可豆，

館內的的電視也播放很多關於巧克力的核心知識，從生產、製造到銷售都有。

巧克力夢想館門口超大的巧克力，視覺上感覺很驚人，

連小朋友都忍不住圍了上去。

巧克力雲莊從2006年開始也有提供住宿，

可惜當天行程太趕了，要不然真想給他住上一晚。

來巧克力雲莊玩除了可以吃巧克力，更特別的是可以客製化你想要的巧克力。

有老師會親自指導你DIY自製巧克力的方法，我們當天選了一個簡單版的童趣，

跟困難版的趣味巧克力棒棒糖，現場提供腰果、杏仁核、花生、跟彩色巧克力糖作裝飾，

可以享受創意生活的樂趣，深度體驗製作巧克力的過程。

感覺媽媽做巧克力做的很開心，樂樂確已經等不及要偷吃了。

園區內的巧克力商品專賣店，想要買點伴手禮來這裡就對了。

園區內的巧克力種類繁多，有厄瓜多、鹽之花、威士忌、

榛果、雲莊、伯爵、京韻抹茶、草莓生巧克力等…

還有吃起來略帶酒味的醇酒生巧克力。

這款是巧克力雲莊比較多人買的，送人當禮物很體面。

最後來到了巧克力品嚐館內來個下午茶的小確幸，

來巧克力品嚐館除了可以享受下午茶也可以品嚐特有的草莓跟蜂蜜生啤酒。

本區的特色就是可以喝到不同風味的生啤酒，

例如：草莓跟蜂蜜生啤酒，看起來好像差不多，

但是喝起來風味可是大大不同喔！

In the year 2003 Schokolake was established to promote Taiwan’s chocolate culture, the park offers country side scenery, accommodation and chocolate DIY for tourist.

Schokolake got nice scenery and have spacious area for children to play around; there is a dinosaur skeleton and some birds in the park which will surely attracts the children’s attention. One insteresting sight in the park is a tree in the shape of an elephant leg planted infront the chocolate factoty.

Schokolake have a map on one of the walls showing which countries produce cocoa, toursit can gain core knowledge about chocolate, from the production, manufacturing to sales from the broadcast.

Chocolate DIY is an interesting fun and tasty activities with family in Schokolake. If you need to buy chocolate as souvenir, there is a store selling variety of chocolate. Schokolake have got coffee shop and restaurant too. In addition to chocolate, it offers different flavor beer like strawberry and honey beer to taste.

Overall Schokolake is a place for chocolate lovers, with the addition of flavored beer on the line; it offers a wide selection of interest to enjoy in chocolate world.
